Requirements

MUST HAVES:

•  2 + years proven working success in a similar role with solid customer facing  service skills and excellent knowledge of requirements gathering
• Extensive working knowledge of database sources and using querying languages such as SQL
• Outstanding knowledge and experience on outlining business requirements, advising on existing problems and developing technology and process solutions
• Proven working capability to produce key artifacts along the problem to solution journey
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Implement and test technical changes in the existing suite of applications and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business units to successfully roll out change
• Solid delegation and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mind set and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• An enquiring mind with the ability to think outside the box and search for answers
• A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field from a recognized post-secondary institute is required
