  • Are you an administration superstar? Do you enjoy supporting others to be successful and always putting the customer first?
  • Casual position to support the Business Support team within the Wanaka or Alexandra office to provide cover, as and when required, for short notice absences, planned leave and excess work.

He angitutanga: About the Role

At the core of your role will be the delivery of administration and coordination support including, undertaking reception and answering telephones, processing invoice payments, handling internal / external mail, monitoring VHF radio calls, local fleet coordination, stationery ordering and all general site based administration.

You'll take ownership of your role and act as the `go-to' point of contact for the Dunedin team, ensuring general enquiries from both our internal and external partners and stakeholders are responded to or escalated in a helpful and timely way.

  • We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative to anticipate and resolve arising issues.
  • You will be a confident office administrator and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • You will bring superb relationship building and communication skills, with an ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
  • You will have the ability to deliver in a timely manner and maintain a high level of accuracy while dealing with conflicting demands.

We also have casual roles being advertising in our other Southern South Island offices in Invercargill, Te Anau and Queenstown.

The salary range for this position is $47,320 to $59,978 per annum, pro rata with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
