We have a Fixed term full Time Opportunity (up to June 2024) for a Business Support Officer to join the Customer Strategy & Technology division in the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) branch in Strawberry Hills office. (Flexible work options)

SCATS enables cities around the world include Sydney optimise their transport networks in real-time, managing congesting and keeping over 1 billion people safe every day worldwide.

We are looking for highly motivated people to provide effective and efficient support to our organisation, so that we can deliver the transport network of the future.

Your day to day responsibilities will be geared towards assisting busy Directors and their supporting teams by providing high-level business support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards.

About you

• We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in business support, diary and inbox management, administration, and stakeholder management.
• As a highly motivated self-starter, you possess strong diary management skills; managing, coordinating and optimising the diary schedules of busy directors. 
• You are customer-focused, with excellent communication skills, and can drive tasks associated with supporting branch activities such as ensuring approvals are moved up the chain to be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• You have advanced MS Office skills, good personal timekeeping and an ability to adapt and prioritise tasks that change on a frequent basis. 
• You will be tasked to prepare agenda items, minute taking, and arranging facilitation of meetings.
