Location: Newbury/Home Based
Salary: Competitive plus bonus
Hours: 37.5

What will you be doing? 
 

The role is part of the Radical Simplification and Automation organisation who is accountable for driving the VFUK organisation to a lean and effective digitalised and automated organisation. You will be a self-driven individual with a “get it done” mentality that has a passion for helping organizations solve complex business and technology problems. You will need to be a confident communicator with strong influencing, negotiation and problem solving skills, experienced in working up to senior management level and have the ability to structure complex information and communicate in the most appropriate way to the relevant stakeholders.


The Business Process Architect is responsible for:
 

  • Identifying process improvements using lean six sigma mythology and propose radically simpler and digitalized alternative process
  • Effectively capturing, documenting and managing business need, including shaping and scoping ideas, aligning to business strategy and business goals, eliciting business requirements and benefits, and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Accurately assess business architecture impact, including the impact of change on existing processes, organisation and technology.  
  • Leading benefit case analysis and feeding output into business cases by utilising information from stakeholders to support product and transformation projects.
  • Capturing To Be processes using tools like ARIS or other process mapping tools
  • Working with the Scrum master and Product Owner to ensure that all Business Change activities are understood and being managed


Who are we looking for?  
 

  • Business Analyst experience using Lean Six Sigma 
  • Good understanding of the end to end processes that make up an operator  
  • Working experience using Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues simply and with impact both verbally and in writing
  • Strong Customer focus
