Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience developing analytical models and using presentations to facilitate and support business cases to executive stakeholders
• Experience establishing and managing a business cadence for an organization
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently

• Experience establishing processes and operational practices within high-growth organizations

In this role, you will be part of the Strategy and Operations team driving our Customer Engineering organization in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You'll focus on growing all aspects of our EMEA Customer Engineering business from optimizing the role of a Customer Engineer, establishing the cadence of our business, and partnering with executive leadership to determine, shape, and enable successful business practices. You will partner with executive technical leadership and act as an advisor, utilizing leadership capabilities, business acumen, and execution to drive business efficiency and innovation in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business forward and establish operational cadence for the EMEA Customer Engineering Management teams, designing and executing on a regular business review schedule.
• Drive strategic projects and contribute to the EMEA Customer Engineering strategy and business plan, becoming an integral part of the leadership team and working as an advisor. Measure progress on goals, identify risks, and develop strategic plans to ensure achievement. 
• Optimize the day-to-day practices for customer engineers by providing clarity in execution, ensuring our go-to-market strategy is effective in-practice, and identify business opportunities for remediation.
• Manage Customer Engineering team activities for our regional specialists, orchestrating the business management of strategic products and solutions and optimizing the engagement model for our technical teams.
• Facilitate change in the Customer Engineering organization through expertise in long-range strategic planning and change management.
