Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers & partners via phone calls, emails, and online chat support with regards to booking and queries
• Discussing with and managing partners
• Contacting clients when required
• Creating operations reports
• Ensuring all bookings have been allocated to the appropriate partners
• Collaborating and assisting the general team with their requirements
• Escalating tickets to the appropriate manager or team
• Building strong relationships and managing stakeholders and partners

You will possess:

• A customer service or contact centre background (Preferably)
• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• An understanding of the e-commerce business
• CRM Knowledge
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Good time management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
