The Opportunity and about the role:

HCA is a major player in Nursing Education through its RTO – EmployEase Training. With ambitious growth plans underway throughout Melbourne and nationally, a unique opportunity exists for a Business Develpment Manager.

Reporting to our very hands on General Manager and working within a close knit team,  the position requires somebody who can build rapport and mentor a great team which supports potential students  by helping them with choosing the right course for their career path.

Whether you are brand new to the industry or highly experienced, you’ll join a committed, fun-loving, tight knit team who enjoy what they do and are highly compensated for their efforts.

Responsibilities include:

Mentoring the team that engages with potential students, parents, carers to ensure correct provision of our course offerings

Engages with and provides ongoing traing and mentoring to support the ability to close the deal, and facilitate enrolments

Develop networks, and participate in meetings and activities which enhance these relationships.

Liaise with Employ-Ease administrative staff regarding student enrolment and completion processes.

About You:

You will manage the daily operations and results for the Sales and Education business.

Experience in leading teams is essential, as is a hands-on, “get involved and work with your team” work ethic coupled with a strategic mindset.

You have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the company as you grow your Teams and markets.

Skills required:

High level of attention to detail

Great interpersonal communication skills 

Ideally some experience in Marketing, PR – including Social Media Marketing experience; liaisising with our amazing Marketing Lead

Desire to train, nurture, & grow your Team to even better results
