Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying partnership opportunities.
- Driving sales initiatives to ensure they align with the business’ strategy with a focus on gaining work within the relevant sectors & genres of the business from a range of clients across the UK, Europe & the rest of the world.
- Develop new relationships within the sectors of advertising, commercial and branded content in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
- Managing the sales and lead generation.
- Responsible for building business for the company through gaining new customers and affiliates via social media, references, emailing, cold calling, websites, networking, and previous contacts etc.
- Identify and communicate sector and market trends, that will benefit the business and it’s growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly personable, collaborative, enthusiastic, and persuasive.
- Organised.
- Great team player and ability to work through day to day tasks independently.
- Basic understanding of the creative industry, trends, where clients are allocating budget & why.
- Basic understanding of brand strategies and how brands grow.
- Ability to excite and engage with brands and agencies.
- Ability to think on your feet and multi-task easily.
- Pro-active attitude and ability to drive momentum.
- Fun hard working attitude.
- Minimum 112 hours a month (14 days per month)
- Must be based in the UK preferably London.
Preferably:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior industry-related business development experience.
