Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age below 25 years
  • At least 1 year experience in a sales role is a must
  • Ability to speak English, Sinhala fluently (Tamil is a bonus)
  • Basic skills in MS office, email and CRM systems
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner
  • Excellent communication skills with smart & pleasant personality
  • Applicant should have their own laptop for work

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify & approach potential leads
  • Maintain good relationships with New & Existing customers.
  • Make cold calls, send emails and set up products demos
  • Develop & present KPI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Prepare & deliver appropriate presentations on products & services
  • Execute sales strategies for monthly target achievement
  • Identify market selling conditions and evaluate customer needs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve a common goal

BASIC SALARY 25,000 + SALES COMMISSION (Ability to earn over 80,000+ per month on target achievement)
