Job Description
The role of the Business Development Executive is to target new logo enterprise customers for TalkTalk Business (TTB) Direct. This is achieved by developing marketing activity into Sales Qualified Leads, working closely with the TTB lead generation partner and there may also be an opportunity to work with a small volume of existing customers (who have a low spend/wallet share with TTB).
Key Responsibilities:
Introduction to prospects and developing a relationship into conversations about TTB products & services
Landscaping of target prospects to multiple job levels, including proposer, influencer and decision maker
Developing ‘win plans’ to ensure all of the prospects objectives, priorities and goals are met to position TTB as a credible supplier
Use a variety of prospecting tools; LinkedIn, Zoominfo and publicly available information (company web sites, news articles and social media)
Share existing TTB case studies with target prospects to tailor key messaging on how TTB are positioned to support business strategy
Develop multiple stakeholder relationships across Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing and other sales functions to deliver strong outcomes for target prospect organisations
Complete internal governance using Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure that minimum standards are achieved
Achieve quarterly, monthly and annual Total Contract Value sales targets
