The Division
The Customer Strategy and Technology (CST) team within Transport leads the development of long-term, multi-modal strategies, plans and policies across NSW. We leverage data and insights, implement new technologies, drive innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions.   
The opportunity
Permanent Full -Time 
The Customer Strategy and Experience branch of CST has an exciting for an organised and experienced business coordinator, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and high level administrative and coordination competency.
The role is responsible for coordinating branch input from subject matter experts from across the branch to support in relation to ministerial briefings, government services products like House Folder Notes and Parliamentary Questions, updates on strategic priorities and projects, preparing communications and coordinating input to presentations. Most activities have defined and tight timeframes, so the person needs to be organised and work under pressure.
The role works independently but closely with other support leads in the branch management team.
The role operates with autonomy in determining day to day work priorities within the context of an agreed work plan and in making associated decisions in relation to content
What you will be involved in: 
Assist in the coordination of business planning processes for the branch, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and initiatives.
Co-ordinate responses branch officers in relation to parliamentary services products, correspondence, reports, briefings and reports in relation to specific projects, initiatives and issues ensuring that submissions are accurate, timely and have appropriate signoffs.
Work as part of a team, mentoring other teams members and collaborating to share knowledge and learning
Assist in the research, collation and coordination high-level submissions and responses.
About you
You are an experienced coordinator who can deliver under pressure and secure input from busy people across the branch to meet deadlines.
You are a collaborator but always looking to how we can do things better and implementing improved processes
You have excellent comprehension skills, are an analytical thinker, who can juggle and deliver multiple tasks.
You will have demonstrated experience in business planning and reporting on business performance in a large complex environment.
In addition to this you will possess strong communication, data management and influencing skills.
As an individual, you are comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with multiple internal/external stakeholders to drive shared outcomes. You are a team player with a sense of ownership and pride in delivering high quality solutions.

Salary and Benefits 
The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($106,086- $118,816) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
