Location: Teviot House, South Gyle, EH12 9ZA
Pay rate: £10.63 per hour
Contract: This will be an on-going contract with permanent opportunities available!
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Job Description:
High level Business Banking role within our new support team.
Taking new customers through applications for new business banking accounts. This process can be over the telephone or over the online digital platform.
You will be first point of contact for all business banking customer enquiries, think bank teller rather than call centre!
Liaising with clients to obtain more information if needed.
High level attention to detail.
Escalate higher priority requests and queries to the relevant team, i.e Fraud Team, Anti Money Laundering Team & the Credit Risk Team
Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to manage expectations of the business
