What’s the job like As a Business Analyst at QA, you’ll bring your expertise to our customers, helping them to adopt to new processes. You’ll… communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the  organisation as a whole work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product provide danalyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggestions you make identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendation soversee the implementation of new technology and systems gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary support staff and teams in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issuesen sure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluationrun workshops and training sessionsThe perks Industry-recognised certifications to boost your employability and promotabilityOur training is virtual, and you will receive a monthly bursary to help and support you during the first 5 weeks of training, after completing your initial training (5 weeks) you will be offered a permanent contract at £19,300 for the remainder of the training until deployed onto a project.

Post training you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 which will increase to £29,000 after 12 months.
