about 7 hours ago Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is emabarking on a major risk and compliance transformation program with multiple streams. They are growing their Business Analyst team to be assigned to the multiple streams. The program is being delivering to Agile methodology. You will bring a good blend of the following skills and experience:

At least 5 years in a Business Analyst role

Deep experience in Agile delivery

At least 3 years in financial services organisation(s) such as banking, wealth or insurance

Good understanding of risk and compliance issues in financial services

Exceptional business communication skills

Experience managing diverse business and technical stakeholders

An ego-less willingness to roll your sleeves, up, collaborate and deliver

A positive attitude for when the program deadlines loom

Depending on experience, the daily rate is in the $750-900 plus super per day range. The initial contract is for 6 months, though with the size of the program, the likelihood of extension is high.
