About the Team

The Business Analyst role sits within Group Transformation, alongside Project Management and the Results Delivery Office. Together we take ownership of TalkTalk’s Business Change capability, leading transformation at TalkTalk and enabling delivery against our bold five-year plan. 

About the Role

As a Business Analyst you will work as part of Group Transformation collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to the successful delivery of TalkTalk’s One Plan strategic priorities. This is a key role which drives business and process changes ranging from new product development to major business transformations. The BA will:

• Be responsible for shaping and defining business requirements in both waterfall and agile deliveries

• Build effective partnerships across TalkTalk’s Business & Technology teams who depend on successful delivery

• Be accountable for analysis delivery on projects, programmes and change initiatives

• Have proven experience of analysis delivery, with the ability to develop a deep understanding and knowledge of TalkTalk functional areas

• Demonstrate their ability to work in cross functional change and work outside their knowledge domain

• Be customer focussed and being able to clearly articulate the needs of the business

Skills and Experience 

Desirable

• Bachelor Degree (BA ,BSc, BEng)

• Experience of change/software delivery lifecycles (Waterfall, Iterative / Agile)

• 3Telecommunications sector experience

• Process Mapping / Process Design

Essentials
