Description

Are you adept at creating action plans based on business needs and a proficient problem-solver? This Business Analyst 14-month, remote contract with a client of ours in the retail sector will work with multiple business units to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical needs related to HRIS tools. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to communicate technical and business requirements alike.

What you'll do:

• Straddle both business and technical teams and be able to translate requirements both ways
• Build and conduct quality assessment on the HRIS tools being implemented (Workday and/or Avature), ensuring they're compliant with existing HR policies
• Provide guidance to HR and Information Systems leadership on how to limit issues by conducting rigorous audits and testing

Requirements

• 3+ years Experience in a similar role; able to straddle functional and technical 50/50; able to translate requirements and needs both ways
• Experience configuring the implementation of Workday HRIS or Avature ATS
• Solid understanding of HRIS processes and requirements
