We are working with a growing company in Edmonton to source their next Business Analyst! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Role responsibilities:

• Leverage a combination of data software and sales tools to review and compare data sets within the CRM database and make recommendations to drive sales revenue.
• Build and modify a range of reports and dashboards for inventory, sales, marketing, and dealership operations to assist stakeholders in better-utilizing inventory, lead generation, and sales data and enable the business to make solid data-driven decisions.
• Analyze sales data and provide fit-for-purpose metrics that will be used to make business decisions.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and build lists, segments, and deliverables to the business leaders and dealership teams.
• Analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns and special initiatives.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an analyst or related systems role
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience working with Tableau would be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy
