Job Description

Exciting role for Business Analyst to join our global Digital & Technology team, this role is ideally suited for an individual with understanding of Finance or Information Systems looking to grow in a global team.

CBRE global Digital & Technology team have built an invoicing platform, this role will be supporting the business in troubleshooting, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and design of new functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, design of new functionality, and product testing.

• Focus on the creation of user stories for feature development and assist with ongoing documentation of features.

• Work in the product team and participate in estimating and planning sessions to scope features in line with our client's product roadmap and feedback channels from clients.

• Provide functional expertise in trouble shooting and resolving product and/or operational problems.

Person Specification/Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Business, Finance or Information Systems would be ideal.

• Experience of PeopleSoft Billings module would be advantageous.

• Be able to demonstrate strong and effective communication skills - this role requires the individual to be able communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner, with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to efficiently analyse and solve problems.
