Remote - With travel to Birmingham
£45,000 - 50,000 dependent upon experience
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for creating, optimising business processes for the HR & Payroll project using our specialised process management tool ARIS. Previous experience of large-scale HR and Payroll implementations is essential.
Skills Required:
Business Analyst experience in a business environment and IT projects
Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite and ARIS
Able to demonstrate basic understanding of the deployed technologies across the enterprise and of multiple system platforms
Experience of large-scale HR and Payroll implementations
Experience with HR systems such as iTrent or SAP would be highly advantageous
Experience and understanding of complex payroll cost allocations and integration to ERP platforms
Exoerience of working for a Service Integrator is desirable
