An exceptional career opportunity is available for a Business Analyst to join our team.  You will provide decision support to the Managers to achieve business, financial and operational targets.

As the analytical expert you will be the driver of insights from data and challenge the business for reasons around emerging trends, as well as constantly challenge and improve business processes, create visibility and transparency to ensure business decisions are based on fact.

Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Assist in the development of high-level business performance reports and dashboards for Senior Management
  • Assist in the timely compilation of data for business performance reports and dashboards
  • Provide analytical support to assist the business to make informed and profitable decisions
  • Provide deep dive data analytics and market analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
  • Deliver projects assigned to you, with assistance as required
  • Support operations to use Lean problem-solving tools correctly and in the right circumstances
  • Build constructive working relationships with leaders and key influencers in the Business, suppliers, and our customers to make sure projects are delivered successfully, and benefits are realised
  • Contribute to reports of overall Continuous Improvement activities, accomplishments, projected activities and business case requirements

Qualifications

As the successful candidate you will be:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Working experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management, or Change Management role
  • Knowledge of Logistics and/or Supply Chain industries is highly desirable
  • An ability to grasp complex ideas quickly and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Good motivation, team building and influence skills
  • Pro-active with a focus on continuous improvement
