Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual involved in CSSF / Central Bank of Luxembourg (BCL) regulatory reporting to join the Amazon Payments Europe (APE) Compliance team.

Job Description


The Business Analyst (Compliance Regulatory Reporting) is an important role within the APE team and responsible for leading on our data- and narrative-based regulatory reporting obligations for the BCL and CSSF.


The successful candidate will:
· Work with compliance, legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
· Document and deliver regulatory report implementation plans, including comprehensive business requirements.
· Coordinate and deliver BAU regulatory report production.
· Document and perform quality assurance on data used for regulatory reporting.
· Perform analysis on data collected to deliver insights and identify trends that may indicate compliance risks.
· Work with the central Regulatory Reporting team and wider Compliance function to support Compliance, business and regulatory queries.
· Play a key role as the subject matter expert for regulatory and Compliance data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· Experience in interpreting and mapping Luxembourg regulatory reporting requirements (CSSF/BCL).
· Strong regulatory reporting background and capability to apply that knowledge quickly with potentially limited information.
· Exceptional analytical skills and confidence in extracting, manipulating and analysing business data for regulatory reporting.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate concepts into clear steps and communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
· Passion for collaborating with high energy and focus, driving results across multiple projects.
· Self-motivated with proven capability to work independently and continually calibrate priorities with minimal supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred qualifications
· Direct experience with regulatory reporting in a payments or e-money institution.
