Take front line calls, emails and tickets from resellers providing 1st line support and providing detailed updates.
So, you wouldn’t be talking to the end customer but liaising with our providers and use those puzzle-solving skills to find the right solution for them and complete the tickets.
All the technical processes we can train you in so don’t worry about coming from a tech background.
