Job Description Summary
You will play a lead role in recruiting the critical digital & tech talent that Lloyds Banking Group needs now and in the future.
Job Description
Lloyds Banking Group has made excellent headway on its technological transformation journey. Whilst we’re still on that journey, our next phase will be ground-breaking in how we work and how we'll support our customers. The only way we’ll achieve this is through our people; reimaging what we do and how we do it, more quickly and on a larger scale than ever before.
But we aren’t alone. Most organisations are seeking the same tech talent to transform their businesses. So what might make the difference?
Put simply, you!
In a very crowded tech hiring space where organisations are all saying the same things, the difference that’ll make Lloyds Banking Group stand out from the competition could be you. The Group has a brilliant story to tell about who we are and how we are changing but we need individuals like you to share this externally.
Focused on digital and tech talent, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing hiring campaigns on an unprecedented scale. You’ll develop and promote our recruitment brand to engage tech talent, identifying new ways to attract potential candidates and, all the while, innovating, experimenting and using data insights to optimise future campaigns.
Given the specialist nature of tech hiring, naturally we’d expect you to understand the nuances of recruiting in this space. You’ll complement this knowledge with your experience of delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns through brand building and using a wide range of candidate sourcing tools. Finally, underpinning this you’ll be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, developing strong internal and external relationships and finding new ways of doing things.
In return for your expertise, you’ll join an organisation that is centred around purpose, inclusivity, personal growth & development, agile working and health & wellbeing. In short, we'll help you be your best and fulfil your potential, by creating the right environment for you to thrive. This includes where you’ll be based too; whether that is at home, at one of our multiple hubs throughout the UK or a hybrid approach.
We'll reward you with excellent benefits, personal development and a career that’s enriching and full of opportunity!
So if you'd welcome the opportunity to lead a strategic talent acquisition agenda for tech talent on a huge scale, we’d love to hear from you.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We are an equal opportunity employer and deeply value diversity within our organisation.
At Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain recover. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, businesses and communities. With us you'll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you'll have many opportunities to learn, grow and develop.
We're focused on creating a values-led culture and are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Together we’re building a truly inclusive workplace where all of our colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference.
