Job Description
Familiarize yourself with NAPA’s mission, vision and goals
Maintain a positive image of our brand at all times
Create dynamic and engaging video content that delivers key brand messages and educates consumers on the NAPA brand
Travel to and attend various regional and store events including car shows, customer BBQs, etc.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Work as a team to create a positive and engaging experience between the consumer and the brand
Qualifications
Must have strong listening, presentation, and social skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be energetic, passionate, engaging, personable, friendly, and professional
Must be comfortable engaging with the public
Ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight
Have an interest and knowledge in the automotive industry
Promotional experience and/or customer service experience an asset
Experience in customer service, marketing, and/or business an asset
Must be reliable and punctual
Enthusiastic and dedicated to the NAPA brand
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
Must take initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision
Able to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs
Uphold a G license
Able to travel across Ontario and Quebec
