Duties and Responsibilities:
To create a high performance branch culture, leading by example and guiding Partners to embrace teamwork across the branch, in a manner consistent with Partnership principles.

Lead the branch team to create an environment in which managers and Partners deliver business objectives, demonstrate the responsibilities of ownership and achieve personal fulfilment.

Job Requirements:
As a Branch Manager you will be an effective leader who inspires others to deliver results, are able to lead change and take the initiative to move the branch forward.
You will actively analyse performance, seize opportunities and resolve issues. You`ll be a driven commercial trader and passionate shopkeeper who is a strong communicator and great with people.

Desirable experience skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience of managing large teams in a fast-moving, customer focused environment
