Job Description

In this role you will work as part of a team under the BMS and HVAC Manager to control the Building Management System and its associated mechanical and electrical controls within the Harrods buildings. You’ll monitor the environmental control throughout the store to maintain comfortable conditions. You will play proactive role to maintain BMS system and associated equipment and plant, ensuring an optimum performance and that any works are completed as per the SLAs & KPIs.

This role is to work during days from 7am until 7pm on a 4 days on 4 days off rota.

About You

You will be an experienced BMS & HVAC specialist, with a recognized NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). You will have experience of heating and ventilation system and controls. You’ll be confident to work alone as well as part of a team, self- motivated and able to work under pressure. You’ll have experience of control systems and interpretation of control drawings as well as monitoring and maintaining the upkeep for a full associated plant (including chillers, pumps, AHU, control panels, motorised dampers etc.). Knowledge of Schneider or other B.M.S Systems would be an advantage.
