Our leading national Property Management client is seeking a motivated candidate who is seeking a career in Property Management on a permanent basis. Working within a highly successful office, with training you will play a key role by managing a small portfolio of leasehold developments in the local area and provide excellent customer focused support

Duties include:

• Manage a small property portfolio in line with regulations
• Respond and manage calls and emails
• Assist the business with service delivery targets
• Plan and chair client meetings
• Prepare budgets
• Site inspections
• Oversee repairs and maintenance
• Project management
• General Administration

Experience needed:

• Customer Service focused
• Block Property related experience
• Keen to learn, develop and progress
• Proven client engagement skills
• Competent IT skills
• Ability to prioritise workload / work under pressure when needed
• AIRPM or working towards (fully funded and supported)
