Responsibilities

We are building the next generation of business apps that integrate the best of Computer Vision, AI, and Human Compute. We are looking for a confident and solid .NET/C# full stack principal engineering lead that loves Blazor and is experienced with advanced asynchronous programming  and has a strong understanding of content management and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Continued design and development of our tools and services.
• Keeping up with .NET/Blazor technologies and implementing best practices.
• Working with other developers and teams to deliver releases in tight timeframes.
• Adherence to coding standards, project metrics and making sure these are delivered on time under tight schedules. 
• Attending or leading daily sprint meetings.
• Working closely with PM and other upstream source system teams to address production issues.
• Be accountable for the service uptime and SLA.
• Ensure all compliance and security considerations are adhered to.
• Manage partnerships with internal teams.
• Manage team of Engineers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience coding and shipping services with C# & .NET
• 3+ years of professional experience managing engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, XML)
• Experience with UI technologies (Blazor, MVVM, Xamarin, CSS/JS, HTML, etc.)
• Strong understanding of networking and asynchronous programming.
• Document DB proficiency (Example: MongoDB/CosmosDB)
• Experience with Dev Ops, Continuous Integration.
• Experience with Azure.
• Demonstrated partnership, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience.

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
