Description
Our client in the forestry industry is looking for a Billing Specialist to help with invoice creation and collections. They are a fast-growing company with locations in Canada/USA.
- Processing of Sales Invoices
- Check details from Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Bill of Lading
- Follow-up any discrepancies with Sales Rep
- Communication and follow-through is paramount as these transactions are time-sensitive
Requirements
- Ability to do quick mental math
- Experience in the lumber/forestry/logistics industry is an asset
- 1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable position is preferred
