The Role
The Proposals Coordinator is responsible for creating and overseeing bid proposal documentation on behalf to gain business contracts or offer of work - working with the various internal departments.
Day to Day:
Ensure timely production of all bid proposals, capability documents, PQQ's etc.
Take ownership of end-to-end bid process, including assigning responsibility & actions of colleagues where required.
Accountable for the implementation of all necessary bid procedures, governance, and processes.
Responsible for understanding Brand Guidelines and delivering consistency in documents.
Main Role Responsibilities
To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
Prepare and review all aspects of a bid proposal, ensuring all services are included in the documents to the client.
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process cycle.
Full responsibility for the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation.
Ensure timely delivery of compliant bids.
Arrange all post-bid reviews with customers & provide feedback database updates.
Ensuring of Data Protection compliance in line with legislation.
Meticulous record keeping of all relevant paperwork, using the operating framework as required.
