BI Developer London / hybrid Circa £65k plus bens plus bonus MSBI, PowerBI, TFS, SSRS, ETL BI Developer is required by thriving insurance organisation with offices based in the City of London (this is a hybrid office / remote working environment). This role will join their vibrant BI division and report into the BI Tech Lead. Within this role you will develop reports and BI solutions for the business.

 Key Responsibilities: To work with Solution Architect and Tech leads to define technical implementation approaches for BI solutions. Develop ETLs, Cubes, Databases, Reports and Dashboards. To provide technical guidance to developers and testers in resolving technical issues. To encourage developers to follow standards and good practices during the development process. To conduct code reviews and ensure that quality standards are followed in the development process.

 To collaborate and contribute to the development of TALISMAN (Talbot's Enterprise data platform) and other data solutions. Key Requirements: Experience of working in a multi-stream development environment using the full state-of-the-art Microsoft BI technologies (MSBI 2012 upwards & PowerBI). Experience of solving challenging technical problems independently. BI code management experience in TFS. In depth Understanding of the principles of data warehouse and reports design and development. Minimum 5 years' experience and knowledge of all aspects of the data warehouses structures, processes and feeds. Minimum 3-5 years' experience of designing and developing paginated reports (SSRS) and dashboard. Basic understanding of insurance data.
