Qualifications

You could be just what we are looking for. You will have:

• Passion, creativity and a drive for continuous improvement. 
• A Good team spirit and communication skills.
• A Sound knowledge of automotive feature development processes and methodologies.
• A proven track record of meeting the highest standards with regards to quality & robustness.
• An understanding of vehicle and component measurement systems.
• Advanced IT skills essential for Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word.
• Business/technical German language (advantageous).
• The motivation and adaptability to deliver business orientated targets in short project timelines.
• The flexibility to travel around working hours, when required, to visit various UK/European suppliers & Rolls-Royce project offices in Munich, Germany.
