Position Summary:

Provide data analysis support to the global quoting organization within the Clinical Trials Division.

This position supports US - EMEA region, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain processes for consistent data gathering across the Global Quoting Teams.
• Interpret data and present quoting related performance in a meaningful way. Report findings to senior leadership on an established basis and through ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Quoting Quality team to track, trend, analyze and report on items such as quoting RFT.
• Develop and maintain method to collect and analyze quote requestor Right First Time. Perform related root cause analysis and identify potential solutions
• Support commercial team in client specific quoting related data requests for either routine needs or ad hoc requirements
• Support commercial finance team in quoting and pricing analyses to harmonize and simplify quoting processes
• Assist management with defining business goals and needs relating to AOP planning and quoting resource modeling.
• Development and maintenance of quoting dashboards in SFDC and/or Power BI
• Support development and maintenance of query and reporting tools related to customer experience survey responses related to quoting activities
• Provides data support for quote related process or systems improvement activities

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

• High level analytical capabilities.
• Advanced computer skills are required, specifically with MS Excel, Power BI and Salesforce.com
• Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required. As well as the ability to develop well-defined analysis and presentations.
• Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions.
• Self-starter, initiative and motivation to accomplish tasks with minimal direction.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Previous experience in and knowledge of the clinical trials market is a plus.
• Ability to present to senior managers in a concise and accurate manner to allow them to make fast decisions.
• History of participating on global teams as well as the ability to build organizational relationships with peers.
• The ideal candidate will have a commitment to continuous learning, demonstrate a desire to advance, and seek opportunities to stretch capabilities.

Hiring Criteria:

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant background preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience minimum
