The Training Room offer an engaging and direct path into the Personal Training industry by giving you the flexibility to either study in your spare time from home or face-2-face with one of our tutors at one of our many nationwide academies – whichever works for you. Upon completion of our training, you will have gained all the skills you need to confidently provide Personal Training sessions and will be offered a guaranteed interview with ÉNERGIE FITNESS as part of our 3-year career
support promise.

Upon graduation you will have gained the following skills and qualifications:
Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing

• Principles of Anatomy, Physiology and Fitness.

• Professionalism for fitness instructing and providing excellent customer care
  Health and safety in the fitness environment.

• Conducting client consultations in a gym-based environment to support positive behaviour change.

• Planning and Instructing Gym based exercise programmes and group instructions.

Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Gym Instructing and Personal Training Applied anatomy and physiology for exercise, fitness, and health

• Principles of Nutrition and their application to exercise and health

• Understanding lifestyle, health, wellbeing, and common medical conditions
  

• Encouraging positive health and fitness behaviour in clients

• Programme design and delivery for personal training

• Professionalism and business acumen for Personal Trainers

The following 3 Certificates are also included

• The training Room Certificate in Studio Cycling

• The Training Room Certificate in Metabolic Circuit Training

• The Training Room Certificate in Gym Based Boxing
