We are looking for an exceptional Retail and Education Area Manager, who can blend strategic business acumen with a service-led coaching style to navigate the future of our retail space. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences.
The region covers the Kent, so someone who is based in this location is key.
Your mission is to develop your retail teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding service whilst driving productivity in line with the Be Luxe strategy. You will be a strong coach and be able to adapt your style to work side-by-side in your stores. As well as developing teams, you will be putting in place strong retail plans, to grow your portfolio, as well as gain market share in your stores. In addition you will be able to influence and engage our Retailers and Senior Mancom stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Be a One Luxe ambassador and advocate of change
* To continue to shape, roll out and review the multi-brand model across all levels·
* Manage store targeting process to ensure clear and accurate targets by store reflect a consistent strategy, ensuring targets are in line with company net sales plans
· Have a passion for your people - as part of your role you will strategically spend a lot of time in store coaching and developing Beauty Consultants with a focus on development of service and commercial skill sets
· Recruit, onboard, coach and develop new starters into the business
· Contribute to the engagement of digital learning and engagement
* Create joint up ‘One Luxe’ communication approach to build excellent retailer relationships and collaborate with retailer to ensure success
* Monitor and report back on stock levels to optimize performance
· Ensure excellence of brand image in the stores at all times; counters, displays, team, etc
Preferred Experience
· Previous sales and team management experience, ideally within beauty industry
· Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
· Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service and proven ability to drive results
· Strong analytical skills
· Valid UK driving licence
· Strong capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Outlook
