Role details:

• $28 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
• Starting 27th June – 16th December 2022
• Monday – Friday, working a set shift between 8am – 6pm
• High chance of being offered a permanent role 
• Mount Wellington location – brand new, top of the line office space
• Two weeks full time paid training from start date

The role:

You will be working on a project where you’ll play a pivotal role in wrapping up an investment project for customers across New Zealand and ensuring their funds are returned in a timely manner.
 
Day to day you will:

• Managing inbound and outbound calls with existing customers
• Informing customers of their bank balance, transferring their funds to an existing account and closing old accounts
• Actioning customers request with efficiency
• Navigating through databases and different systems to ensure customer information is updated accurately and effectively
• Ability to handle a range of customers from all walks of life

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Clear credit history
• Clear criminal record
• Double covid-19 vaccination
• Background in customer service – retail, hospitality or contact centre would be a bonus!
• Strong attention to detail – as errors will cause significant issues for customers
• Strong Microsoft Word Skills
