Aviva are currently recruiting for a Business-to-Business Content Consultant to join their Customer and Marketing team.
The role will support the B2B Content Manager in the strategy, planning and creation of content engagement campaigns. You will write and brief create killer content that will show up in search, social, MyAviva and the media as well as work with the in-house Studio to brief in page builds and approvals for all content created.
Within this position you will sit in the Digital team, under Public Sites and Content, where the team serves as the guardian of the brand tone of voice and editorial/content excellence. You will be using analytics, insight and testing to optimise the content, discoverability, design and journey of Business perspectives and editorial marketing content throughout the site and digital channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Copywriting – you’ll support the strategy set by the Content Manager by writing articles, scripts, social posts, sourcing images and more to get people onto the page and move them through the decision journey
Content planning - working with marketing, SEO, social and media relations, you’ll help plan content engagement campaigns that keep our customers interested and attract new customers to us
Gather insights like voice of customer, search analytics, social listening, trends, competitors and customer analysis to make recommendations for new content where It takes Aviva and find opportunities to talk about something no one else is
Work with UX/UI designers, AEM Producers and Content Designers to make sure the right content appears in the right format and in the right place in the web journeys
Make sure all content aligns with our sustainability and, diversity and inclusion objectives
Skills & experience
An experienced digital copywriter who has delivered everything from long-form articles to social posts
Some journalistic know-how, knowing what makes a good story and following leads
Experience in designing content on webpages and digital journey
Strong Stakeholder management skills
Ability to shift priorities easily and efficiently
Sets clear objectives and develops plans to meet them
Generates and implements new initiatives

Salary circa £30,000 depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications
