About this role

This is an opportunity to build a best in class service Capacity Management service offering.

You will own the business processes, ISO certifications and accreditations of the Capacity & Availability Management service. Leading others by example in a Service Obsessed way, while delivering commercially successful business. You'll be responsible for the cost model and service offering for the practice and growing the serviced customer base.

A chance to demonstrate leadership by being a recognised influencer in the strategic direction for all ITIL practices

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Accountable for optimisation of resources within their team to meet demand, capacity and cost base. Commercial Thinker

• Managing your teams performance, ensuring all colleagues are suitably trained to deliver their role. Team Coach

• Responsible for the implementation, management and support of the Capacity & Availability Management practice within the EMS business area. Inspiring Communicator

• Owning and resolving any customer escalations regarding the service as a Customer Champion

• Responsible for driving Service Improvement opportunities. Change Agent

• Working with all related functions to assess and implement changes to improve Customer Satisfaction (NPS), help increase revenue opportunity & drive the Enterprise strategy

• Accountable for both internal (KPI) and external (SLA) measures related to the practice and support all internal working agreements (OLA) in support of the EMS goals. Solution-Focussed Achiever

You'll have the following skills & experience

• Strong analytical skills 

• Strong people Management skills 

• Security Clearance to the required level SC, NPPV Met police

• A background working with technical products 

• ITIL4 Foundation or above

• Ideally ITIL4 Managing Professional and ITIL4 Strategic Leader
