What you’ll do:

• Manage and motivate a team of 22 within the Operation Dept of Sky Media. Key responsibilities will be
• Maximising the revenue potential of linear inventory
• Maintain daily reporting and provide guidance & solutions to trading issues
• Foster an excellent team environment and develop and grow individuals to be successful to increase their skills, capabilities and experience
• Establish relationships across the various dept within Sky Media & Sky ranging from sales to the product development team
• Identify and lead the development of new capabilities in Sky Media’s core systems (Landmark) and improve processes to increase airtime optimisation and efficiency

What you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical mindset, with strong Excel skills. Ability to analyse large data sets with an attention to detail
• Compile and communicate information to the team and to the senior leadership team
• Assess and adapt working practises within the dept to reflect new sales strategies
• Experience in leading projects and team initiatives

Team overview:

Airtime Management (ATM) sit within the Operations Directorate of Sky Media. ATM collaborates with sales to support them in achieving their agency deal requirements whilst being able to provide a holistic and independent approach to achieve the best commercial results for Sky Media. ATM also works with the Commercial Operations team to ensure all inventory is fully utilised in a compliant manner prior to transmission.
