The employer
Located at one of Auckland's premium luxury prestige dealerships, the parts department is one of New Zealand's best equipped facilities.
The parts team complements the after sales facility as a whole in a well organised, professional but friendly environment.
The company is well known for being an employer of choice.
The role
Your involvement spans across retail, wholesale, phone-based sales, and internal parts operations.
The ability to interpret between aftermarket and original equipment parts is essential. This is a senior parts role, not an entry level position.
The role reports to the Parts Manager although there is a secondary reporting function to the After Sales Manager.
The skills required
We are ideally seeking a person from a franchise parts background. What is clear is this is not an entry level role so you will need to already be conversant with parts systems, DMS systems, and all processes involved in being a Parts Advisor.
Solid communication skills are needed for the role, as is a high standard of personal presentation and good customer interfacing skills.
Remuneration and benefits
An attractive base salary coupled with additional incentives is payable to an applicant with the skills outlined.
