Your Role

• Key business services partner to internal customers working alongside the development and solutions teams to drive an efficient automation portfolio
• Integral in the running and maintenance of automated processes and assist developers to continuously improve service levels
• Influence the perpetual design and development of our Customer service model and seek out new potential opportunities to improve performance
• Have the opportunity to shape the development roadmap influence new automated process and research new technology to support with maintaining high value proposition

About You 

• Background of similar Service management roles, within a technical environment
• Essential to have experience of using UIPath Orchestrator and Studio applications
• Able to demonstrate your analytical skills
• A track record of improving services through continuous improvement practices
