Our internal facing team is responsible for the development of web applications and working with multidisciplinary software engineers across the entire development lifecycle. We drive application development based on screens, documented requirements, and user stories and assist by driving the resolution of application defects.
Reporting to the Automation Team Lead, a career in Development, within our Products & Technology organization, will provide you with the opportunity to invest in new business models that leverage our knowledge and build solutions for the growing digital market. Each new solution focuses on data-driven platforms or other intellectual property based solutions that leverage emerging technologies and new business models. Through the process of building new solutions, we foster a culture of innovation within PwC, extend brand relevance in the market, and generate new revenue.
As an Automation Developer, you will strategize, design, implement technology solutions helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. The primary responsibility of this position is to build end-to-end solutions to digitize and automate business processes, improve customer experience, and reduce risks and costs. You will be responsible for crafting a library of reusable components to accelerate future bot development. You will be supporting the deployed solutions. You will be interfacing with business stakeholders across all lines of business to address opportunities for automation.

What you'll create and do
As a Manager you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Automation Packages Development & Testing (60%)
Design and develop efficient and well-designed automation solutions using UiPath, focusing on scalability and extensibility
Build and test automation packages while developing interfaces for applications using APIs to ensure business requirements are met, and in alignment with quality standards
Create documentation for automated processes
Facilitate and/or execute the governance process (i.e., blueprint and design reviews, reusability analysis)
Support required KPIs and metrics on automated processes
Automation Packages Support (20%)
Support existing automated processes and perform automation packages and automation platform upgrades
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
Business Interfacing (20%)
Meet with the business analyst and/or business stakeholders to understand business requirements

University degree (required)
RPA Certification (preferred)
Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (UiPath or other platforms)
Experience in core programming
Experience in API/Web service development and testing skills
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Process engineering background
Experience with the following technologies: (C#, Visual Basic or Java), Web UI development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML), SQL and relational databases, Alteryx
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Text Analytics, OCR, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Knowledge of infrastructure required to support RPA related products
You are passionate about using technology to solve business problems
You are comfortable working with clients translating their needs into technical outcome
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
Can present a point of view confidently and persuasively. Interacts effectively with the target audience to obtain buy-in on difficult issues or decisions
Interacts with business for requirements gathering and for addressing automation packages issues
Is able to work with ambiguity in the initial stages of a project and clarify business objectives and scope through discussions with stakeholders. Assists the client in developing vision or concepts
Provides a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact on client challenges
Ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
Assesses the potential impact of a solution, including process, organizational and technology changes
Understands the interaction between business and process and technology and is able to identify opportunities for technology to enable process change
Does incorporate up-to-date technology/ technology developments in daily work
Analyzes and identifies the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
Analyzes complex ideas or proposals and builds a range of meaningful recommendations
Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
