The ECM Alternative Capital team has an open position for an Associate who is keen to participate in the latest financial market trends: SPAC IPOs/PIPEs and private capital raises for exciting high growth companies

This is an opportunity to develop your technical and structuring skills, execution expertise, direct contact with multiple types of investors (inc. VC funds, mutual funds and private equity) and be involved in high profile transactions across sectors and geographies

Responsibilities:

• Work with senior Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) officers and professionals and participate in particular client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking te/am
• Responsible for organizing and analyzing sophisticated financial data used in client proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
  

Qualifications:

• Prior relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
  

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
