As an Associate Software Engineer within the Remedy BMC software team, you will be involved with all aspects of the SDLC. You will help create the high-quality software applications that allow TalkTalk to deliver its roadmap and provide excellent service for its customers.

You will help create the design, the code and in some cases support the implementation in production.

Your flexible approach and attention to detail will ensure that the systems you produce meet the highest quality standards.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Support Operations by performing Remedy ITSM Administrative activities such as:
  • Template Management
  • Product Catalog Management
• Support Operations by performing MyIT Catalog Administrative activities such as
  • SRD Catalog Management
  • Testing new/changed Service Requests
• Support the Remedy Technical Lead in all activities required
  • Documentation Reviews
  • Design Collaboration
  • Code Implementation and Testing
• Actively support Remedy, TSO, SmartIT, MyIT and Smart Reporting activities
  • Deployment
  • Code Reviews
  • Code Development
  • ITSM Customisation
• Own Remedy Non-Production environments by acting as both ARS and ITSM administrator ensuring
  • The configuration data in the environments is fit for purpose
  • Code bases of the environments is as required
• Own their own personal development
  • Technical
  • Soft Skills/interpersonal skills
