What you’ll do:

• Review the software requirements and technical documentation to create accurate test cases and assist in test planning
• Install and configure the software under test and test tools in the test environments
• Create, execute, and maintain functional, integration, Non-Functional and automated tests
• Report and take ownership of defects and escalate issues blocking test progress in a timely manner
• Prepare test results reports and test exit reports. Ensure support teams are fully engaged and that operational handovers are completed successfully
• Communicate effectively and maintain good relationships within the team and with your stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

• An advantage to have good knowledge of video and audio processing (codecs, containers, formats, transcoding, analysis tools)
• An advantage to have good knowledge or experience of OTT streaming protocols DASH/HLS and OTT stream analytics
• Strong experience and knowledge of QA, testing methodologies, test tools and continuous integration.
• Strive to constantly learn and improve how you work with a passion to improve testing efficiency
• Experience or core IT skills (Linux, SQL, XML, IP/multicast, Scripting) and knowledge of broadcast and OTT delivery
• Inquiring and logical mind with systematic approach to troubleshooting and the ability to work under pressure
• Take ownership of personal objectives and ensuring continuous personal development
