 Brief Description: As a member of the HR Operations leadership team, this leader is responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support teams for the EU/INT region, covering 13 European countries, with a small presence in Japan and Australia; the majority of employees in this region are in the UK. This individual will leverage their expertise and insights from operational metrics to lead and oversee all services and continuous improvement initiatives related to the administration and delivery of HR Operations. 

This individual will lead people, keep senior leadership informed, and participate in global process alignment and consistency. This leader is accountable for ensuring a positive and engaging team experience as well as an outstanding customer experience.

 Essential Functions Lead, coach and develop regional team delivering all Tier 1 & Tier 2 HR solutions Establish and implement standard processes and procedures for handling Tier 1 & Tier 2 inquiries and escalating to Tier 3 Maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple evolving HR processes and policies Ensure service meets or exceeds all operational KPIs Manage vendor relationships with approved providers Build strong and engaged teams and is responsible for training protocols and tools in designated regional hub Facilitate regional knowledge sharing and learning between and across HR representatives Supervise the planning and implementation of the COE-developed programs and policies in designated region to ensure their adherence with company policy and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Plan, lead and participate in ad-hoc or strategic projects within HR function or more broadly to provide required HR Operations expertise in function or designated region Anticipate issues, problem solve and implements solution or escalate appropriately Focus on continuous improvement of efficiency, quality and productivity with continuous feedback loops with other HR functions and centralized teams within HR Ops Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to build effective and high-performing teams Coaching for performance and team development Communicating critical information across various channels Investigating issues / problem solving / escalation Customer service focus on delight and top-notch employee experience Strong business acumen and understanding of industry Ability to lead teams through change and ambiguity with resilience Partnership and relationship management with relevant stakeholders External partner relationship management Required/Preferred Education and Licenses Extensive previous experience as an HR Operations Lead or similar role in the regions they will support Proven experience with people management and leading diverse teams across countries and/or time zones Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and/or relevant vocational qualification Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
