JOB SUMMARY
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Associate Account Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Develop, support and implement creative strategies and purchasing solutions for our clients that will deliver strong financial results to all stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships with reoccurring status update calls, regular business reviews and unit meetings to support operational excellence
- Ensure partners are compliant with Foodbuy programs
- Financial reporting including budgeting and forecasting client results, overseeing period end reporting for clients and resolution of reporting/mapping errors related to clients and revenue generation
- Manage client onboarding and program implementation while managing expectations for all stakeholders
- Effective use of CRM tool to accurately log all client activity
- Assist with training new associates
- Preferred location: Montreal, Quebec
Think you have what it takes to be an Associate Account Manager? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with budgeting, forecasting and project management as well as exposure to sales and/or account management
- Strong computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required; experience with CRM tools preferred
- Ability to set priorities and manage and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Proven ability to work effectively and proactively with little supervision
- Ability to work in a leadership position as part of a high performing team and exercise sound judgment & professionalism in dealing with others.
- A strong sense of conviction and the confidence to push back to achieve desired results
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Food Service experience preferred
- Must be Bilingual (French/English)
