As an Assistant Store Manager, you shape an immersive customer experience in our bp-owned store. You partner creatively with the Store Manager to drive growth, sales performance, and operational excellence. Your deep understanding of customer needs, product range and promotions creates the foundation of an enticing shopping experience. Nothing gives you a greater thrill than inspiring your team to make customers lives easier and brighter, every day.

About the role

This is a hands-on role; you will be expected to be an active presence on the shop floor during various shifts, demonstrating enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service. You will be a role model for the team and you won’t think twice about lending a hand wherever necessary. This is a demanding yet rewarding role, ideal for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual. 

This is a full-time role where you will be required to work 40 hours a week - including one weekend day and some night shifts. Hours may vary from week to week.
