We want to make this an even greater part of our future, so we are currently seeking an Asset & Reliability Engineer.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

•    As the Asset & Reliability Engineer you will provide management, process and technical support to manufacturing operations and facilitate assets to operate in a safe, effective and efficient manner.  
•    You will steer the management of optimum asset life from concept to disposal through effective maintenance management and lead operational and business asset risk identification. 
•    Implementation of product and process changes is imperative to this role to ensure improvements are made to the facility maintainability and reduction of downtime.
•    Utilising all available tools including Machine Management System (MMS) & SAP PM to generate maintenance reports for the plants first line management.
•    You will be required to lead operational and business asset risk identification, management and improvement operating within the technical support budget.
•    Utilisation of new technologies will be integral to ensure competencies within the team are kept current and continuously improving.
 

Qualifications


•    An engineering apprenticeship and technical ONC, although HNC level is desirable.
•    Thorough understanding of maintenance process and predictive techniques with the ability to manage major projects (timing, project control, cost, team leading).
•    A good understanding of general Assembly processes and technologies, facility architecture & basic functionality of machine control systems.
•    Ability to effectively represent the interests of TA-4 to internal / external customers and suppliers.
•    An understanding of PC architecture, with high levels of PC literacy.
