Responsible for managing the asset management requirements of the organisation, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Reporting to the Head of Property and line managing the Asset Management team.
• Responsible for asset management including; acquisition, disposal, estate management, valuation, etc.
• Support the Head of Property with the planning and delivery of the property strategy.
• Support the Head of Property to establish culture change and processes within the team, and the wider organisation, that encourages collaborative working, peer mentoring and project rotation.

Ideal Candidate

• MRICS
• Experience of successfully operating in a large, complex, fast paced, and geographically spread property environment..
• Ability to strategically lead, plan, and deliver various projects within a portfolio.

Salary: Â£43,096 - £56,479 p.a.
